Flixate / Terms of Use
Terms of Use
A clear starting point for using Flixate and the sources you choose to connect.
These terms await confirmation of the publisher’s identity, contact information, and final release terms before publication.
About Flixate
Flixate is a personal media center. You can start as a guest, configure compatible sources and add-ons, and optionally sign in for account features.
Flixate does not include a subscription or an included media catalog. Screenshots on this website show the real app with original fictional sample media, created to demonstrate the interface. Those titles are not a streaming offering.
Your sources and your use
You are responsible for choosing your sources and add-ons and for having permission to access the media and services you use. Do not use Flixate to access or distribute material without the necessary authorization.
Third-party providers determine their content, availability, access requirements, and terms. Adding a source does not mean Flixate endorses that provider or grants rights to its content. A source or playback link may change or stop working.
Guest and account features
Guest data stays on your device and cannot be recovered through Flixate after app removal or device loss. Optional account features are separate from your guest library; signing in does not automatically move that library to your account.
You are responsible for keeping your account and any private source credentials secure. See the Privacy Policy for information about guest data, account services, and third-party requests.
Product changes
Features and compatible source behavior may change as Flixate evolves. Any updated release terms will be posted on this page with their effective date.
